Whilst every commercial remodel is different; this is the typical process we follow with each of our projectsion project will proceed like this:

1. Planning – You’ll meet with our in-house design team to create a tailored design that suits your needs. We’ll look at your space and think of unique ways to optimise your space for productivity, efficiency and style.
2. Bidding
3. Contractor selection and contract signing: Once we’ve finished the bidding phase, we will begin looking for the right contractors to work on your project. We vet every contractor we work with to ensure OzGrade’s quality is instilled in every aspect of the build process. We’ll also sign the contract at this stage.
4. Prep and purchase materials: We’ll begin to prep everything we need to hit the ground running on your commercial construction project. We will purchase all of the materials we need to get started.
5. Demolition: It’s time to remove your old building and prep the site for your new construction project.
6. Construction: The fun part! Here you’ll see your idea and design come to life. We’ll regularly update you throughout this process to always know what’s happening with your project.
7. Clean-up and finishing: We take all of the mess we’ve made with us when we leave. We’ll remove all of the builder’s rubble from your site and organise the signing of any final documentation. Once this is sorted, you’ll get the keys, and your new space is ready to be used by your brand

You should be able to walk through the stages of construction with your contractor once you’ve signed a contract with a reputable professional. The contract itself should provide plenty of information about how the construction project will be carried out. Additionally, your contractor may have a publication or guide to help you understand the remodelling process.
