Jose has widespread experience over 10 years in project management in multiple industries including construction, health care and mining. He holds a PhD from Griffith University in Project Management and Innovation and is responsible for managing the timing and completion of all projects. Jose believes in continual improvement and is committed to bringing our customers the best service and high quality outcomes in every job.

Andrew is responsible for running day-to- day operations, including overseeing all projects being managed by OzGrade Construction. Heis the main point of contact for our clients throughout the sales and implementation process. Andrew has close to 10 years experience in banking and property services, leading teams in the big 4 banks, with a keen ability to provide an excellent customer experience. Andrew has studied Finance and Engineering at Macquarie University. Andrew believes that in order to grow as an individual and professional you need to challenge yourself far beyond your comfort level, as being uncomfortable is a sign of growth.

Lin has over 20 years of finance experience. She is responsible for keeping accurate tracks of all expenses, liabilities, and projected costs. Lin works closely with our construction team to ensure alignment on costs and expenditure. She is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
